What Makes Us Different?
One of the most critical and often overlooked components of a fitness regimen is the engagement of the client. The best programming in the world is of little long-term use if the client does not feel motivated to show up. We understand personalities matter, routines get stale, and boredom is a real factor in long-term regimen maintenance. Also, in most cases, there is more than one strategy or style that can be employed to facilitate a client in reaching his/her goals. The Guild Studio takes an extremely proactive approach to these issues. The majority of our clients work with at least two specialists from our fitness and wellness team who are fully informed about their goals, limitations, and progress.
As our trainers have different strengths, styles and backgrounds, we have found that many clients enjoy the ability to work with different people during different periods of their training. Additionally, as clients progress, our trainers regularly encourage or employ changes in strategy to maximize physical benefits and psychological engagement. For example, after weeks of dumbbell based resistance training, a weight loss client may switch to a bodyweight routine combined with martial arts based cardio work. An engaged client is a successful client.
